THREE HONORS RECENTLY BESTOWED UPON GALLAGHER & KENNEDY ATTORNEYS

PHOENIX (April 23, 2008) – Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., a full service business law firm, announced today the latest honors and awards bestowed upon company shareholders Michael K. Kennedy, Patrick J. McGroder III and Paul K. Charlton.

Firm co-founder, Michael K. Kennedy earned the Community Service Award from the Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation for his years of commitment to the residents of Arizona.

At an April 18 ceremony, Gallagher & Kennedy shareholder Patrick J. McGroder III was honored by The American Board of Trial Advocates with the organization’s “Kenneth P. Clancy Professionalism Award." Mr. McGroder received this award in recognition of "his unfailing commitment throughout a stellar legal career to the principles of professionalism, decency and civility in the legal profession."

In addition, Gallagher & Kennedy shareholder Paul K. Charlton received an Honorary Membership to The Order of Coif. Membership in this society is one of the highest honors a lawyer can receive.
