GALLAGHER & KENNEDY ANNOUNCES NEW SHAREHOLDER
PHOENIX (April 30, 2008) – Phoenix-based Gallagher & Kennedy, P.A., a full service business law firm, today announced the addition of Paul L. Stoller as a shareholder in the Phoenix office.
Mr. Stoller’s practice at Gallagher & Kennedy involves commercial litigation, including professional liability, contract, securities fraud, officer and director liability, intellectual property, insurance coverage, and antitrust cases.
Prior to joining Gallagher & Kennedy, Mr. Stoller was a partner with a large law firm in Phoenix. He has acted as lead and assistant counsel in defense of both state and national class actions, defended directors, senior officers, and attorneys in director and officer liability/fraud/Racketeering cases, and acted as both plaintiffs and defense counsel in various complex matters.
Mr. Stoller received his bachelor’s degree with honors in 1991 from the University of Notre Dame. He earned his juris doctor in 1995 from the University of Arizona, College of Law, where he graduated summa cum laude and Order of the Coif. Following law school, he was a clerk to the Honorable Philip E. Toci, Judge of the Arizona Court of Appeals.
Mr. Stoller is also a Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court and has an AV Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
