GALLAGHER & KENNEDY’S PATRICK J. McGRODER III NAMED AS THE “PHOENIX PERSONAL INJURY LITIGATOR OF THE YEAR” BY BEST LAWYERS
PHOENIX (April 16, 2009) - Best Lawyers, the oldest and most respected peer-review publication in the legal profession, has named Gallagher & Kennedy’s Patrick J. McGroder III as the “Phoenix Personal Injury Litigator of the Year” for 2009.
After more than a quarter of a century in publication, Best Lawyers is designating “Lawyers of the Year” in high-profile legal specialties in large legal communities.
These specialties are Banking Law, Bet-the-Company Litigation, Corporate Law, Family Law, Personal Injury Litigation, and Real Estate Law and only a single lawyer in each specialty in each community is being honored as the “Lawyer of the Year.”
Patrick McGroder’s practice at Gallagher & Kennedy involves general commercial litigation and personal injury trial litigation. Mr. McGroder is also a member of the International Society of Barristers and the American College of Trial Lawyers, which is widely considered to be the premier lawyer professional organization in America and composed of the best of the trial bar for the United States and Canada. A member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Maricopa County Bar Association, Mr. McGroder earned his juris doctor from the University of Arizona in 1970 and completed his bachelor’s degree in 1967 at the University of Notre Dame.
