Help Desk Analyst We are looking for a self-motivated problem-solver to fill the position of Help Desk Analyst. Ideal candidate will have end user application support help desk experience. Law firm experience desired. Must be comfortable in a busy help desk environment, being on the phone and working with people. Must be proficient in Word and Outlook, Version 2010 preferred, but not required. Experience with document management and time & billing systems is a plus.
