Gallagher & Kennedy represents clients in local, state and federal legislative activities and lobbying. Our attorneys frequently engage in lobbying services before Arizona and New Mexico local jurisdictions and state legislatures on behalf of our clients.

In addition to State and local lobbying, we provide legislative/lobbying services for clients at the federal and congressional levels. We were recently successful in assisting a client in obtaining an amendment to the Clean Air Act to exempt certain propane facilities from EPA’s Risk Management Program rule.
